Santiago Ulloa

Santiago Ulloa has 30 years of experience in the energy sector, most of them in emerging markets.

He was general director and president of GE in Venezuela. Previously, he was president of the ALSTOM group in Venezuela. He participated directly in the development of ALSTOM in the infrastructure sector in several countries of the Americas for over a decade. From 1990 to 2000 he held positions of growing responsibility of ABB in Africa, Asia-Pacific, and Latin America in the development of projects and financial structure.

He was president of the European Federation of Chambers of Commerce in Venezuela, Member of the Council, and former president of the Venezuelan French Chamber of Commerce, Foreign Trade Counselor of the French Republic, and member of the Economic Council of the French Embassy in Venezuela.

Education: Master’s in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid. Executive Program at IESE Business School from Universidad de Navarra.
